No delivery dates are guaranteed, and any posted or quoted shipping times are an estimate only. During the Oct 15 - Jan 10 peak season, packages will take longer than posted estimates to be delivered.

Same-day pick ups are not always possible, but if we can accommodate, we certainly will! Please email email@example.com prior to placing an order for same-day pick up to ensure the items you would like to order are available same-day from our Cochrane location.
Canada & US Orders:
We use Canada Post to ship all orders, and ship out of Alberta*. Our flat-rate or free shipping options will ship Canada Post Regular Parcel. Shipping speeds vary by location and depend on if you are located in a major city. Shipping durations are between 2-10 business days* within Canada. To the USA: 2 weeks+

Shipping address accuracy is the responsibility of the purchaser. All orders must be shipped to a valid mailing address. We will ship to the address as entered at checkout.
All orders delivered in Canada may be delivered to your door if someone is home to accept the parcel, otherwise parcels are left in your mailbox or community parcel locker. You can click the tracking number in your delivery notification email to see exact details of where your parcel was delivered. If you would like to have your parcel left at your door, please request this in your order comments, however, by doing so you assume all risk of parcels being stolen, and no refunds or replacements will be provided by Heavenly Outhouse or Canada Post, should this occur.
Duties and taxes charged outside of Canada are the responsibility of the receiver and these fees will not be covered by Heavenly Outhouse. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to understand duties and taxes charged in the US, we do not have this information.
Some items may be restricted from import. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure no items being ordered are restricted.
All orders are shipped with Canada Post who will transfer the parcel to the receiving country's postal service. Shipping address accuracy is the responsibility of the purchaser. All orders must be shipped to a valid mailing address. We will ship to the address as entered at checkout. We strongly encourage all international orders to receive traceable shipping. Orders with untraceable parcels will not be refunded with the claim of non-delivery. Please view the shipping services offered by Canada Post here to determine the shipping level best suited for your needs.
Note that "Small Packet International Air" is not traceable and does not come with a tracking number. These are carrier posted shipping rates which do not allow us to post this information in the description. Orders shipped without tracking is done so at the risk of the purchaser.
Duties and taxes charged outside of Canada are the responsibility of the receiver and these fees will not be covered by Heavenly Outhouse. Incorrect Addresses and Parcels Returned to Sender:
If an incorrect address is provided at checkout, we will do our best to have the parcel redirected to the correct address before delivery, however, this may not be possible. Parcels returned to the sender will incur a return shipping fee payable by the customer, and an additional shipping fee to re-ship the order. If a refund is to be issued for the returned product, the return shipping fee, original shipping fee we incurred, plus a 5% restock fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
*Shipping durations are estimated. Shipping durations will be longer during peak gift-giving season, October 15 to January 10. MeditationRings may ship separately out of Ontario and may take additional shipping days to arrive. If you live in a remote location in Canada, shipping times can be up to 14 business days or more.
