How many times can you infuse? Use your kit up to two times with added juice or sweetener for the second round.

How to infuse your spirit & make your cocktail:

Ingredients needed:

• Gin, Vermouth, Compari or Soda water
• Unsweetened cherry juice
• Orange peels
• Cherries

Instructions:

1. Fill in your Cherry Negroni Kit with equal parts Gin, Vermouth, Campari (or equal parts unsweetened cherry juice and soda water for a non-alcoholic version).

2. Refrigerate for up to 3 days to infuse the flavour, then strain it out from the jar.

3. Pour into 1.5 oz shots from the strained infusion.

4. Put a large ice cube into each glass and pour two shots in.

5. Top off with soda water and garnish with an orange peel and cherry.
