Shipping policy

We offer FREE shipping within Canada on orders over $99*! We are happy to offer always FREE local pick up at our Cochrane, AB location. Click here to see our locations.

Orders will be packed and made ready for shipping or pick up within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday). Your order is typically picked up the next business day after it has been packed.

*Some larger sized items or extremely limited items are excluded from our free shipping promotion. Please review the full product description for notes of exclusions from the shipping promotion.

We offer flat-rate shipping within Canada on orders under $99:
Alberta: $15.95
BC, SK, MB, ON & QC: $19.95 
East Coast & Territories: $24.95

If you live in an apartment or condo complex unit numbers are REQUIRED. If the building does not have a concierge or secure delivery location, it is required that you include your buzz code in your shipping address so the carrier can contact you for delivery. All carriers do not use their personal phones to call for delivery and couriers do not have access to your secure mailbox. 

Delivery dates are not guaranteed. Any posted or quoted shipping times are an estimate only and do not include any processing time. During the Oct 15 - Jan 15 peak season, packages often take longer than posted estimates to be delivered.

Customers are responsible for tracking their orders and collecting it as quicky as possible after delivery. You can click the tracking number in your delivery notification email to see exact details of where your parcel was delivered. If your order was shipped Canada Post, be sure to check your mailbox. 

We are not responsible for orders stolen after delivery has been confirmed. 

Soft items are typically shipped in padded mailers and boxes with items slightly compacted to ensure we can continue to offer free shipping on orders over $99 and low flat-rate shipping across Canada. Plush toys are meant to be squished and cuddled, and will always regain their shape in a day or two! Jellycat does not provide dust bags to their retailers.

Shipping address accuracy is the responsibility of the purchaser. All orders must be shipped to a complete and valid mailing address and must have a valid local phone number. Apartment/condo numbers are required for a successful delivery. We will ship to the address information as entered at checkout and are not responsible for orders returned to sender or mis-delivered due to invalid or incorrect addresses. If a change of address is required after shipping, this is not always possible, but will come with a minimum $18 address change fee.

If an incorrect shipping address is provided or a parcel goes unclaimed and the package is returned to us, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost as well as the cost of re-shipping. We do not refund orders returned to sender for any reason. 

Local Pick Up Orders:

Please wait for ready confirmation and instructions via email prior to arriving to pick up your order.

Same-day pick ups are not always possible, but if we can accommodate, we certainly will! Please email sales[@]1wildpreciouslife.com prior to placing an order for same-day pick up to ensure the items you would like to order are available same-day from our Cochrane location.

Canada Orders:

We use Canada Post, Canpar or Purolator and ship most orders out of Alberta*. Shipping speeds vary by location, service selected and depend on if you are located in a major city. Shipping durations are between 2-10 business days* within Canada. 

No refunds will be issued for orders returned to sender due to, but not limited to: invalid addresses, parcels unclaimed or refused. 

US & International Orders:

In addition to all policies mentioned above, the following conditions apply to all orders shipping outside of Canada:

All orders are shipped with Canada Post. Canada Post will transfer the parcel to the receiving country's postal service. Shipping address accuracy is the responsibility of the purchaser and a valid, local phone number is required for customs. All orders must be shipped to a valid mailing address using only the English alphabet as this is the only alphabet the shipper recognizes. Non-English characters will not print on the shipping label making names and addresses invalid. Please view the shipping services offered by Canada Post here to determine the shipping level best suited for your needs. 

Once the parcel lands in the destination country it is passed to your local postal service and is then out of our carrier's hands. Any support needed for parcel after they have arrived to the destination country must be obtained from your local postal carrier as our carrier no longer has control over the parcel. 

Duties and taxes are charge during checkout for US orders only. For all other countries, duties and taxes charged outside of Canada are the responsibility of the receiver and these fees will not be covered by Heavenly Outhouse. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to understand duties and taxes charged at the receiving country, we do not have this information. Some items may be restricted from import and it is the responsibility of the customer to ensure no items being ordered are restricted. Items confiscated by customs will not be refunded for any reason. The Pura Smart Home Diffuser app may not function in some international countries.

No refunds will be issued when international parcels are returned to sender for any of the following reasons:

  • an incorrect or invalid address was provided
  • the recipient was not found at the address provided
  • the destination country's postal service did not attempt delivery
  • the parcel was refused or went unclaimed by the receiver
  • the destination duties and taxes were not paid

 


*Shipping durations are estimated. Order processing and shipping durations will be longer during peak gift-giving season, October 15 to January 15. Some orders may ship from BC. MeditationRings may ship separately out of Ontario and may take additional shipping days to arrive. If you live in a remote location in Canada, shipping times can be up to 14 business days or more.
